By creating an account, you agree that Mojjo AB (“Mojjo”, “we”, “us”) may store and use the information you provide for the purpose of matching talent, projects, and business opportunities within the Mojjo ecosystem. This includes use of your data in tender submissions, client proposals, collaborations, and matchmaking between consultants, companies, and partner organizations.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, you agree that Mojjo AB may store and use your data for business matching, collaboration, and participation in public or private procurements.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Depending on your user type, Mojjo may use your information as follows:

Consultants

  • Match you with suitable assignments and employers.
  • Include your profile in proposals or tenders for relevant opportunities.
  • Inform you of project opportunities, interviews, or collaborations.

Companies

  • Match your project needs with consultants or partner companies.
  • Publish or list your assignments within Mojjo’s ecosystem.
  • Identify suitable expertise for your business needs.

Partners

  • Support subcontracting and shared resource collaboration within Mojjo.
  • Include your consultants in Mojjo’s responses to procurements or client requests.
  • Provide aggregated analytics and project insights via your Partner Dashboard.

Mojjo never sells or shares data for advertising or unrelated third-party marketing.

3. Data Ownership and Rights

You or your organization remain the owner of all uploaded data and content. You may at any time:

  • Access, correct, or delete your profile or company data.
  • Withdraw consent for Mojjo to use your data in procurements or proposals.

To exercise these rights, contact support@mojjo.se. Mojjo will respond within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.

4. Data Security and Retention

  • All data is securely stored within the EU under GDPR and Swedish data protection law.
  • Access is restricted to authorized Mojjo staff responsible for matching and proposals.
  • Data is retained while your account is active, or up to 24 months after your last activity.
  • Sensitive data (such as salary, ID numbers, or personal contact info) is never shared externally without consent.

5. Confidentiality and Tenders

  • Only relevant professional data (skills, experience, roles) is shared in tenders.
  • Mojjo may sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements with clients as required.
  • Consultants and partners may be notified before being included in a proposal.

6. Accuracy of Information

All users are responsible for ensuring that their information is accurate and up to date. Mojjo may verify certain details before presenting data in a client proposal.

7. Updates and Changes

Mojjo may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Users will be notified in advance through email or in-app messages. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
